The research objective consists in measuring the impact of designing a virtual three-dimensional environment for the development of the skills of electric drawing in the students of industrial schools. The experimental material consisted of a three-dimensional virtual environment. The research sample consisted of 15 students from the second industrial secondary school at Ali Abdul Razek Industrial School in Belqas. The teaching was limited to using a three-dimensional virtual environment for the development of drawing skills. And the observation card and the results showed the effectiveness of the virtual learning environment in the development of the cognitive and skill aspects of drawing skills of students in industrial schools.
