The current research aimed at identifying the effectiveness of using learning in the hotel accounting skills and thinking skills (classification, application, interpretation, analysis, comparison, reasoning, decision making, criticism) and motivation for learning. 30 students from the second secondary hotel students, were selected randomly. The research tools included: a questionnaire for both teachers and students to identify concepts and skills in hotel accounting for hotel secondary school students. The results of the research on the effectiveness of learning built into the development of hotel accounting skills and thinking skills, and motivation to learn in the hotel accounting of hotel high school students, and that Learning using structured learning has a significant impact on the development of hotel accounting skills, thinking skills and motivation for learning in hotel accounting for .hotel high school students.
