This study aims at investigating the effect of a training program based-on the realistic simulation in developing the conceptual knowledge of the mathematics teachers with different Math knowledge in Saudi Arabia. A quasi-experimental design is used in this study. The study sample consists of (50) teachers selected from the Department of Education in al-Qurayyat Governorate. The sample is divided into two groups: experimental and control with 25 teachers in each group. The researchers divided each group into three levels according to the Mathematical knowledge test (low, moderate, high). To collect the study data, the researchers develop and use an objective test to measure the skill of conceptual knowledge according to realistic simulation, after verifying its psychometric characteristics. The study results show a statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) in the performance of the mathematics teachers on conceptual knowledge test depending on the variables of teaching method (the training program and the conventional method) for the experimental group. The results also show a statistically significant value explained by the impact of the interaction between teaching method and mathematical knowledge on the conceptual knowledge level of mathematics teachers. In the light of these findings, the researchers recommend curriculum experts, supervisors in the Ministry of Education and professors in the programs of teacher training in universities to be guided by the training program used in this current study because of its impact on the development of conceptual knowledge among mathematics teachers.
