This study aimed to identify the degree of prevailing organizational culture and its relationship to innovation management among managers and departments heads at the Academy of Saad Al-Abdullah Academy of Security Sciences in the State of Kuwait. The study sample consisted of 50 faculty members who were chosen purposively. The tool employed two axes: The first was to measure the degree of the practice of organizational culture from the point of view of faculty members, which included 48 paragraphs. The second axis was to measure the degree of management innovation, of 34 paragraphs. Validity and reliability of the study tools were verified. The results of the study revealed that the degree of appreciation of practicing prevailing organizational culture was high on all fields. The study results showed that the degree of estimating exercise of administrative creativity came high across all fields. They also showed a statistically positive relationship between the degree of function prevailing organizational culture and management innovation at the managers and heads of departments in Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences in Kuwait. The researcher recommended a set of recommendations, including employing different administrative practices, and encouraging participatory management style which would stimulate the mental processes among workers in the Academy.
