معوقات تدريب المعلمين في أثناء الخدمة في مدارس قصبة محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظرهم

This study aimed at identifying the obstacles facing the in-service teachers' training in the schools of Mafraq Governorate as viewed by the teachers. The study population represented all the secondary and basic stages teachers in Al-Mafraq district (n=3830), in the academic year 2016-2017. The researcher selected a sample of (205) teachers of the population by the random stratified method. An instrument was constructed and developed which consisted of two areas. The first was obstacles methodology and mechanism for training, which comprised (20) items; and the second was for evaluation obstacles, which is measured by (11) items. The study concluded in that the obstacles facing the in-service teachers' training in Al-Mafraq district Governorate schools were medium in their point of view. The results also showed that the highest agreement degrees were in favor of the obstacles methodology and mechanism for training, with (3.15) mean, followed by evaluation obstacles area with (3.00) mean, and all the areas were moderate. Finally, the study showed statistically significant of the obstacles differences attributed to the academic degree variable, in favor of the BA degree; and to the experience variable in favor of the teachers with less than 5 year-experience. On the other hand, the study did not showed differences attributed to the educational stage variable. (Published abstract)
