The study aimed to build standards norms to evaluate the performance of physical education students at Yarmouk University in track and field jump events. The researcher used the descriptive approach in her study. The sample size consisted (N = 1798) students from the faculty of physical education at Yarmouk University who registered for track and field events courses for the following academic year (2014/2015 - 2015/2016 - 2016/2017). The performance level of long jump, triple jump, and high jump was estimated according to distance achievement in each of these three events, The results obtained from these tests were statistically analyzed using (SPSS.24) program by applying the following statistical method: (mean, standard deviation, Skewness, Pearson correlation coefficient, percentiles, percentage), The statistical analysis showed that the level of the students performance in long jump and triple jump was similar to the previous studies in contrast to high jump results which were lower. as a result standard where built to evaluate the performance of physical education students at Yarmouk University in track and field jump events. The researcher recommends to use the standard that she has built to evaluate the students performance in track and field jump event at Yarmouk University. (Published abstract)
