The aim of this research is to design an enrichment program based on the virtual labs to develop the skills of forming electronic circuits for the first year secondary industrial students. To achieve this goal, the researcher has followed the following procedures: By analyzing the curriculum of the basics of electrical engineering to prepare a list of the skills of the formation of electronic circuits to be developed among the students of the first secondary industrial grade. And choose the educational design model that fits into the enrichment program. Preparation of the script for the program. Then he worked a range matrix and a sequence to the basics of electrical engineering. And then choose the proposed module to be applied (resistors), In addition, a cognitive achievement test was prepared to determine the extent of the students’ achievement of the scientific material included in the media provided through the enrichment program. Skills performance scorecards were also prepared to measure the effectiveness of the program in the development of electronic circuit formation skills. Field Experimentation: The research sample was selected from students of Al-Selehdar Secondary Industrial School for Girls, The sample was divided into two groups and then the cardiac application of the research tools on both groups, Application of the module through the enrichment program to the pilot group.
