برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على النظرية البنائية لتنمية مهارات التّدريس الإبداعي لدى معلمات اللغة العربية بالمرحلة المتوسطة وأثره على تنمية الطّلاقة اللّغوية لدى طالباتهن
The research aimed at designing a proposed training program based on the constructive theory and recognizing its effect on developing creative teaching skills of female Arabic language teachers and its effect on developing linguistic fluency of their 1st intermediate grade students. To achieve this goal, the researcher prepared an observation card that included creative teaching skills of (15) female Arabic language teachers and a language fluency test for (150) 1st intermediate grade students. The instruments of the study were applied before applying the proposed training program that was built on the constructive theory then the instruments were post applied. The results indicated that there were significant differences (0.05) between the mean scores of female Arabic language teachers in the pre and post applications of the observation card in favor of the post application. There were also significant differences (0.05) between the mean scores of students in the pre and post applications of the observation card in favor of the post application. In the light of these results, the researcher provided some recommendations. (Author’s abstract)
