The present research aims to address the weakness of the students of the Educational Technology Department in Meta Cognitive Thinking Skills. Therefore, Meta Cognitive Thinking Skills Scale was developed through the Second Life Environment to develop these skills. To apply this, the descriptive approach and semi-experimental methodology were used. The experiment was applied to a sample of 86 male and female students in the Educational Technology Department, Faculty of Specific Education; Benha University, where they were divided into four experimental groups, two of which study using the pattern of Individual Enrichment Activities and the others using the pattern of group Enrichment Activities. The research instruments (Meta Cognitive Thinking Skills Scale- William’s Non-cognitive Factors Scale) were applied both pre and post application. The current research found the following results: 1) There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the sample of the research in the test of cognitive thinking skills due to the integration of enrichment activities within the second life environment. 2) There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the individuals in the research sample to test cognitive thinking skills due to the interaction between the pattern of individual and collective enrichment activities and cognitive factors.
