The researcher has made a study entitled the title of the research: Contemporary societal changes and its relationship to some recreational values for Mansoura University students, with the aim of identifying contemporary societal changes and its relationship to some recreational values for Mansoura University students. The researcher used the descriptive method (survey studies) with his steps and procedures, the data collection tools were in (reference survey - a questionnaire of contemporary societal changes and recreational values), and the researcher has chosen the research sample in the intentional class method from Mansoura University students, the sample size for Mansoura University students 1536 (854) male and female students from (3) colleges of theory (education, commerce, arts) and (682) male and female students from (7) scientific colleges (engineering, computers and information, science, medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, veterinary medicine). The most important results were that: 1) Contemporary societal changes have led to a decrease in recreational values among Mansoura University students. 2) There are statistically significant differences in the changes (technology - economic - social - political) in favor of scientific disciplines. 3) There are statistically significant differences in recreational values for the benefit of academic disciplines. 4) There are statistically significant differences in the values (positive - affiliation and citizenship - leadership) in favor of male students. 5) There are statistically significant differences in contemporary societal changes in favor of middle-income students at Mansoura University. 6) There are statistically significant differences in recreational values for the benefit of middle-income students at Mansoura University.
