واقع استراتيجيات إدارة الصراع بين مديري المدارس الحكومية ونوابهم بمديرية شرق غزة : دراسة تقويمية
The study was designed to identify the reality of the conflict management strategies of the principals and their deputies in the Directorate of East Gaza. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information. It was applied to a sample of 85 managers and deputy headmasters. The study found that the reality of the conflict management strategies of public school principals and their deputies was as follows: (83.79% relative cooperation strategy, relative weighting strategy (79.86%), relative avoidance strategy (69.95%), (62.09%), and strategic (46.68%), and that there are statistically significant differences in the practice of public school principals and their deputies to conflict management strategies according to sex variables, in favor of males, and that there are no statistically significant differences in the practice of government principals and their deputies to conflict management strategies according to named variables Career, workplace, and years of service.
