دور التربية العملية في تطوير الكفايات التدريسية للطالبات المعلمات من وجهة نظرهن : دراسة ميدانية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية

This study aimed at identifying the role of practicum education in developing the teaching competencies of female teachers from their point of view. A sample of 90 students from the educational diploma students was formed in (49) scientific disciplines, (chemistry, biology and mathematics), (41) Student specializing in literary. The researcher used a tool consisting of (50) paragraph, measuring the following educational competencies: lesson planning, lesson implementation, the use of teaching aids, classroom management, and evaluation. The study has reached the following results: the order of teaching competencies as follows: the use of teaching aids, lesson planning, implementation of the classroom management, and finally came the adequacy of the evaluation as the study indicated that there are statistically significant differences in teaching competencies attributable to specialization (literary, scientific).
