The current study aimed to identify the relationship between perceiving pleasant events, activities and happiness among university students, the study sample consisted of (400) college students ranging in age from 19-25 years, the researcher used Pleasant Events Inventory and Happiness Scale among college students, the results showed that there were no differences between the mean scores of males and females in perceiving pleasant events , activities in (total degree, religious activities, cultural activities, artistic activities, and recreational activities), as for sports and academic activities There were differences between the mean scores of males and females for males, while differences were found between the mean scores of males and females on the scale or the social dimension for females, and there were differences between the mean scores of males and females in a feeling of happiness in (the total score, and Satisfaction with life, complacency, and satisfaction with social relations) for females, while there were no differences between males and females in positive emotions and satisfaction with health, and the results found a statistically significant positive correlation between perceiving pleasant events , activities and happiness among university students.
