درجة تطبيق استراتيجيات إدارة الموهبة وأثرها في تنمية رأس المال البشري : دراسة ميدانية على مؤسسة القبس للتعليم الأساس ولاية الخرطوم- السودان
The study aimed at investigating the extent of applying Al-Gabas Institution for the strategies of talent management with its fourth dimensions and the effect of that in developing the human capital in the institution. The sample of the study was comprised of (600) male and female teachers from Al-Gabas Institution, Khartoum State. The sample was taken randomly which amounted (200) with an average (33%). The study adopted the descriptive method and a questionnaire as a tool for data collection which was consisted of two exes: strategies of talent management and elements of developing human capital. (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. The study has reached a number of findings, among the important: the strategies of talent management -with their fourth dimensions- was applied in Al-Gabas Institution with an average 3.98 and this was very high degree after using Spearman equation to investigate the correlations between the strategies of talent management and improving the human capital. There was a positive correlation at the significance level 0.97 and this positive relation enabled the institution to win the prize of ISO 9000 which makes its competitive value very high among the others. The study recommends that to give much effort to apply the strategy of talent management. (Published abstract)
