The study aimed to identify the practice of intermediate schools in the northern triangle region for organizational conflict management and its relationship with school performance from teachers' perspective. The sample of the study was consisted of 236 male and female teachers, and to achieve the goals of the study, the researchers have developed a questionnaire for this purpose and it consisted of two pars, the first included the respondents’' personal variables and the second included 40 items that assess organizational conflict management method and 39 items that assess school performance. After checking for its consistency and reliability, the tool was applied and the descriptive approach was utilized in this study. The results of the study indicated that intermediate schools principals' practice level for organizational conflicts' management in the northern triangle region was high , and means for the items of school performance in the northern triangle region were at high level from their perspective, and finally the results indicated a significant statistical positive correlation between principals practice for organization; conflict management methods and school performance level as the correlation value was (0.835).
