أثر برنامج تدريبي قائم على نموذج كيمس في تحسين التفكير التأملي والممارسات التدريسية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية للمرحلة الأساسية العليا في الأردن

The study aimed at investigating the efficiency of the training program based on Kims model in the improvement of the relative thinking and teaching practices of the Arabic language teachers in the advanced primary level. The study sample consisted of 60 male and female teachers divided into 2 groups: experimental group and control group, with an average of 30 teachers per group. In order to achieve the aims of the study, the training program was implemented in 4 training sessions for 4 weeks, scheduled as 12 training hours being designed to develop procedural research skills. A tool was developed to measure the reflective thinking, which consisted of 47 paragraphs that were divided into 3 main dimensions. Moreover, an observation card for the teaching practices was developed. It consisted of 45 paragraphs that were divided into 6 main dimensions. It was pre and post-implemented on both groups. The study results showed the efficiency of the training program based on Kims model in the improvement of the reflective thinking and teaching practices of the Arabic language teachers in the advanced primary level. Both researchers recommended the necessity of establishing training programs based on procedural researches and implementing them on other specializations. (Published abstract)
