The current research aims at knowing: 1) the level for narcissism personality of teachers of basic education Mosal University. 2) Know the difference according to the variable of gender (male-female), specialization (scientific-humanitarian), academic degree (Assistant lecturer- Lecturer-Assistant prof- Professor). To achieve the goals of the research, the researcher made a scale of (30) items to measure narcissism personality. The researcher verified the psychometrical features of the scale regarding reliability and stability. The sample consisted of (197) teachers of basic education Mosel University for the academic year (2018-2019) falling into (120) males and (77) females. The researcher used (SPSS) of statistical sciences to treat data. (Published abstract)
