معوقات الأداء المهني للأم العاملة وأسالیب مواجهتها : دراسة وصفیة على عینة من الأمهات العاملات في محافظة جدة
The research aims at identifying the family and organizational obstacles facing the working mother in the governmental sector, and disclose the appropriate methods to confront them. The research utilized the social survey method, and applied to a sample of (360) female teachers in the government high schools for girls in Jeddah, and the questionnaire was adopted as a data collection tool. The results indicated that one of the most important family obstacles that limit the professional performance of working mothers in governmental schools is the need to leave children in unsafe conditions, and that the most prominent organizational obstacles that limit the professional performance of working mothers in governmental schools is the lack of nursery rooms in school buildings, the most important proposals to overcome family obstacles is to sensitize couples to human rights, and for the most important proposals for organizational obstacles is to provide special nursery for the children of female employees at the workplace.
