The study aims to establish a proposed training program based on the learning strategies of the mathematics female teachers in the primary stage in Makkah city according to the reality of need. In order to achieve this, the interesting learning strategies (methods and means of , activities, execution and evaluation methods) which is required from the point of view of mathematics Saudi Arabia female teachers, and to determine the interesting learning strategies used by primary school teachers in Makkah city , and then determine the training needs of mathematics female teachers in the primary stage in Makah city (execution and evaluation methods) to identify the difficulties of applying learning strategies in mathematics in the primary stage from the point of view of teachers in the city of Makah, and then find the design of the proposed training program based on the strategies of learning in mathematics at the primary stage in Makah city according to reality. The researcher designed a questionnaire to study the reality, identify and use mathematics parameters for learning strategies and to identify the needs, and then identify obstacles to their use, and verified the validity and stability, where the coefficient of stability 0.89, distributed on a random sample of the parameters of mathematics in the primary stage of the number 247 parameters, Using the descriptive approach, a proposed training program based on the learning strategies of the mathematics teachers in the elementary stage was built in Makah city according to reality. The study concluded a list of the appropriate methods and strategies for interesting learning and a set of training needs for elementary mathematics teachers for each of the methods, strategies, learning methods, activities and methods of evaluation, and then develop a proposed training program based on the learning strategies of the interesting mathematics teachers in the primary stage in Makah city according to the reality. The study recommends the more activation of the role of strategies for interesting learning for teaching mathematics courses in the primary stage, and to train mathematics female teachers to the implementation requirements for these strategies and the applying methods with students.
