The study aimed at revealing the effects of school dropout on schools and society as a whole, suggesting a vision for children integration through the professional project. The researcher used a descriptive analytical method and defined the concept “school dropout”, its aspects, its effects and gave preventive procedures. Then, a new concept was developed based on three major stages: 1) psychological construction and restoration of trust. 2) building knowledge and recovery of success. The study concluded with some relevant recommendations. (Published Abstract)
