The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of predictive management of the class behavior of kindergarten teachers and the effect of the variables (academic qualification, kindergarten type, years of experience. The researcher used the descriptive method. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a tool was developed consisting of (40) paragraphs distributed over four domains: (motives, tools, rewards, expected results). And verified the validity and stability, and the sample of the study consists of 200 teachers. The results from the teacher's point of view of this study showed that the degree of practice of expectations management of the classroom behavior of kindergarten teachers came high in all domains, and the field of expected results ranked first. Then the field of tools in the second grade, then the field of motives in the third grade and then the field of rewards in the last grade. The results also showed that there were no significant differences in the estimates of the members of the study sample according to the variables of the academic qualification and Kindergarten. In this study and according to the results, the researcher presented several recommendations, including: holding forums, seminars and educational sessions to inform the teachers on the methods of management expectations for the behavior of classroom kindergarten, and how to apply in practice.
