درجة توظيف المشرفين التربويّين في محافظة المفرق لتطبيقات الإنترنت في الأساليب الإشرافيّة وسبل تطويرها من وجهة نظرهم
This study aimed to identify the degree of employment of educational supervisors in Mafraq governorate for Internet applications in supervisory methods and ways of developing them from their point of view. The sample of the study was composed of all educational supervisors working in the directorates of education in Mafraq governorate, which are (92) supervisors and supervisors who were chosen by the method of purpose. In order to collect the data on the degree of employment of educational supervisors for internet applications in supervisory methods, the study tool was built and consisted of two fields: first field: supervisory methods. This field consists of (6) dimensions and (65) indicators: supervisory discussions, training courses, meetings and meetings. The second area proposes an integrated system to employ modern Internet applications in the field of lack of supervisory information, and has been reached the indications of the validity and stability of the tool justified use. The results of the study related to the first field that the degree of employment of educational supervisors for Internet applications from their point of view was medium in Mafraq governorate that all dimensions of the tool (6) dimensions were medium. The results related to the second field that one of the most important ways of development was the design of learning data. The preparation of planning software, and the preparation of plans and programs necessary for supervision and training to keep pace with the software in the field of educational supervision. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) due to the effect of sex in favor of males and the absence of statistically significant differences due to the effect of scientific qualification. The results also indicated that there were significant differences at (α = 0.05) (5 years and less), and there were no statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) due to the effect of the studied subject. The study included a number of recommendations, the most important of which were: the adoption of the e-mail and telephone number of the educational supervisor and teachers to exchange information and ideas and answer inquiries, and expand the use of Internet applications and overcome the obstacles to activate in the supervisory process.
