دور مديري مراكز المنار التابعة لوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية في تطوير الكفاءة الوظيفية للعاملين فيها
The study aimed to identify the role of directors of Al Manar Centers at Ministry of Social Development in developing the functional efficiency of employees in these centers from employees’ perspectives, and the impact of gender variables, experience and scientific qualification on their estimates. The descriptive approach method was used in this study together with a questionnaire that contained three domains to develop the functional efficiency as follows: planning, implementation of works and assessment of performance. The questionnaire was distributed to the sample of the study, which is consisted of (144) employees at Al Manar Centers at Ministry of Social Development in Jordan, which represents (52%) of the population of study. The findings of study showed that the degree of evaluation by the sample of study to the role of Directors of Al Manar Centers at Ministry of Social Development in developing the functional efficiency of employees was high in all domains, and findings showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the evaluations of the sample of study according to sex and experience variables and there were statistically significant differences according to education variable in favor of Bachelor degree and below. In light of the findings of study, the researcher recommended the following: Encourage Directors of Al Manar Centers to follow up the implementation of works by employees in these centers to better improve their performance.
