The aim of the study was to identify the level of organizational excellence of the school directors in Mafraq governorate and its relation to expatriate employment, and to know the effect of gender variables, years of experience and scientific qualification. The study consisted of (600) teachers. The researcher used a questionnaire that was applied in the second semester (2018-2019), Consisting of (54) paragraph, and used the appropriate statistical methods for information analysis. The results of the study indicate that the level of organizational excellence among the school principals in Mafraq governorate from the point of view of the teachers was medium, and that the level of career expatriation among the school principals in Mafraq governorate from the point of view of the teachers was at a "low" level and that there were no statistically significant differences in individual responses The sample of the level of organizational discrimination is due to gender variable, years of experience and scientific qualification, and there were no statistically significant differences in the level of functional expatriation in the responses of the sample members due to gender variable, years of experience and scientific qualification. The study showed a negative correlation relationship. The level of organizational discrimination and its areas and the functional expatriation among school principals in Mafraq Governorate. The study had a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to provide a distinctive creative leadership that has the capabilities, characteristics and high skills that enable it to bring about change and spread a culture of excellence among all, To encourage them to play their new roles, to motivate them to perform efficiently and effectively in order to achieve unprecedented results in school, and to spread the culture of reducing the sense of expatriate career and try to seek the integration of teachers in their professional life with their peers, as recommended by administrations Schools trying to link the disciplines of teachers lectures they receive and which they can reduce the sense of alienation career.
