This study aimed to identify the level of organizational decline Among Employees in the Directorates of Education in Al Mafraq Governorate from their point of view and its relation to variables (gender, scientific qualification, years of experience, job title and directorate). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed which consisted of two parts, five fields and (50) paragraphs its validity and stability were insured. The study sample consisted of (187) administrative staff in the directorates of education in Mafraq Governorate. The results of the study showed that the level of organizational decline was average. The study showed no statistically significant differences at the level of significance of the variable of scientific qualification, years of experience and management in all fields and total. The results showed existence of differences of statistical significance at the level of significance (α≤0.05) of the gender variable and on the field of disability of creativity and variable job title on the field of disability creativity and total. In the light of these results, the study recommended a set of recommendations, most important attention to review the regulations and instructions governing work in the directorates of education and provision of incentives and bonuses for creative employees by their level of achievement.
