دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في التنظيم المدرسي في مدارس محافظة العاصمة بدولة الكويت
The study aimed to identify the role of e-management in the school organization in the schools of the capital Governorate in Kuwait from the point of view of the teachers of these schools. The researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach. A questioner was developed contain (38) paragraphs which distributed on four fields (electronic culture, electronic plan, electronic working, and electronic evaluation) the sample was chosen in a simple random way. It consisted of (388) teachers. In the school organization in the schools of the capital city of Kuwait from the point of view of the teachers of these schools came to a medium degree, the fields come (electronic evaluation, Electronic working, Electronic Culture, and Electronic plan) and the study found that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample on the areas of the role of electronic administration in the school organization in schools In view of the results of the study reached, the researcher recommends applying electronic administration to develop the administrative and educational work in schools, which helps to raise the level of effectiveness of schools, establishing a center E-management to be the supervisor of the implementation of electronic management in public education schools in Kuwait, and held training courses on modern electronic methods for school administrators to increase and develop their skills in the use of modern technological skills.
