درجة رضا معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى عن الاشراف التربوي المساند في ضوء متغيري الجنس والخبرة
The study aimed to determine the degree of satisfaction of the first three grades teachers in the Directorate of Education in Bani Kenana regarding supporting Education supervision. The study sample consisted of 197 male and female teachers in the academic year 2014/2015. The tool of the study which consists of 30 items distributed in four categories: (Satisfaction related to classroom management roles, satisfaction related to communication roles, satisfaction related to teaching roles and satisfaction related to instructions and regulations was applied after making sure of its validity and reliability). The results of the study revealed a high degree of first three grades teachers satisfaction regarding school principals followed by the second category (satisfaction related to communication roles) with a high degree. The category of satisfaction related to classroom management came second with a high degree while satisfaction related to teaching roles ranked last with a high degree. All categories showed a high level of satisfaction. Moreover the results showed that there is a significant difference at (a=0,05) between the two means of evaluation of the study sample regarding the level of satisfaction as a whole and each category of satisfaction due to sex in favor of females. And there is a significant difference at (a=0,05) between the means evaluation of the study sample on the items as a whole and category except the (satisfaction related to communication roles) due to years of experience in favor of teachers with less than five years of experience.
