تقويم كفايات تعليم القراءة لدى معلمي اللغة العربية في الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى من المرحلة الابتدائية
The study seeks to present competencies (cognitive- performance) to teach reading for the Arabic language teachers In the first three grades of the primary stage and measure their availability in the teachers in the intention of assisting them to treat the errors of learning to know the reasons; the study also studies the effect of the variable of experience in teaching (lesser than 5 years) & (5 years and more). So the procedures of the study are defined of; writing a designing a list & presenting it to a group of arbitraries to define its importance and to reach its final form, and preparation of the cognitive competencies test to teach reading, and Designing an observation card to measure the procedural performance to teaching the reading. The study reached to low level of the teachers in the cognitive competencies, and low level in the performance of teachers in the procedural skills to teach reading, and There are no significant statistically differences among the averages degrees of the teachers, whereas the expert years (lesser than 5 years) and (5 years and more) in measurement extent of achievement the cognitive adequacies, and measurement extent of achievement the performance adequacies to teaching the reading, except the first and second adequacies of field of executing the reading lesson, whereas (preparing the pupils for the reading lesson); there were significant statistically differences at level 0.05 for the experts (lesser than 5 years), and (presenting some of the suitable linguistic games to the reading age of the pupils); there were significant statistically differences at level 0.05 for the experts (5 years and more).
