برنامج تدريبي مقترح وأثره في تنمية المهارات التدريسية لمعلمي العلوم الشرعية بالمرحلة الثانوية
This paper aimed at building a training program and measuring its impact on developing some teaching skills for teachers of Islamic education in the secondary stage. The research sample consisted of (50) Teachers of Islamic Education at the secondary stage in Riyadh. The researcher prepared a training program for developing general teaching skills (planning skills -implementation skills - evaluation skills) and a teaching skills evaluation card. The results of the research showed the significant and clear impact of the suggested training program on developing teaching skills. The research presented some recommendations, including: identifying the training needs of the Islamic education teachers; and holding training courses for their educational qualification and developing of their teaching skills.
