This study aims to identify the effectiveness of educational leaders in enhancing ethics of education for teachers as an approach to the quality of secondary education in Cote d'Ivoire, the study used the descriptive survey by applying a 45 - item questionnaire. The study highlighted that the degree of effectiveness of educational leaders at all ethics-related professional performance of the teacher development axis phrases, (very high and medium). Only one phrase came (low). The study also found that the degree of effectiveness of educational leaders at all ethics for the interaction of the teacher with the students development axis phrases, come between (very high and medium) only one phrase came (low), and that the degree of effectiveness of educational leaders at all ethics for the interaction of the teacher with colleagues development axis phrases, come between the (very high and medium). The study recommended training sessions for educational leaders to promote professional development programs that provide professional ethics of teachers in secondary education. (Published abstract)
