طبيعة السياسة التعليمية في المرحلة الثانوية في كل من سنغافورة وفنلندا : تحليل وثائق

This study aims to identify the main features of educational policy in secondary school in: "Singapore" and "Finland" through the analysis of the available official documents for secondary education policy: (14) documents are used for "Singapore" and (6) documents for "Finland", for a total of (20) official documents. Results indicate: The existence of the technical (vocational) track as an option available to high school students along with the academic track in response to the requirements of the new era, and the needs of the labor market; as well as the flexibility in the transition between the different tracks. The student in the academic track studies all scientific and literary subjects, considering his/her tendencies and overall growth. Also, attention is drawn to the values when building the curricula.
