le directeur et les élèves adolescents : quel accompagnement pour le cycle secondaire?

Fr

Adolescence is rich in experience and psychosomatic transformation and decisive by the choices that the adolescent is expected to make. The school can contribute to fulfilling the potential of each adolescent. We aim to show that the relationship between the head of the secondary school and adolescent students can be a positive factor in assisting the adolescent. The head of the secondary department can have an important impact on the proper assistance of the students by fully engaging in optimizing the possibilities of communication and guidance with young people. The crossed views of adolescents and their leaders, on school life, discipline and vocational guidance are a first step in identifying the challenges. Dialogue remains the most valuable tool for a better understanding between generations and for moving towards an improved management of the secondary section to suit the needs of teenage students and increase their overall well-being and chances of success.
