فاعلية برنامج تدريبي باستخدام اللعب في تنمية بعض مهارات التواصل اللغوي لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحد
The effectiveness of a training program using the play to develop some linguistic communication skills with children having autism. The aim of this study is to verify the effectiveness of the training program for the development of some linguistic communication skills of autistic children in the Syrian organization for the disabled AAMAL. The study sample consisted of 12 children with autism 10 males and 2 females, were distributed into two experimental group included 6 children (5 males and 1 female) and a control group also included 6 Children (5 males and 1 female). For the purposes of the study the researcher used scale appreciation of linguistic communication skills to prepare Nasr Suha (2001), was a semantics validity and reliability of this scale that justify their use in the current study. It has also built a training program for the development of some linguistic communication skills targeted skills (understanding, expression, label) and each game lasted 30 minutes, was the pre-test and post applied to the experimental and control groups and the comparison to detect the effect of the training program in the development of linguistic communication skills of children Autism, has also been delayed test to detect the effect of the application of the survival training. After the completion of the test application and the application of a posteriori tests and deferred in order to analyze the results of the study were used test Mann- Whitney (Mann- Whitney U), test (Wilcoxon) and compared to the average mediums of the two groups (experimental and control) in linguistic communication skills after the application of the program, where the study pointed out to the effectiveness of the program approved in the current study in the development of some non-verbal communication skills of children with autism, as the results of the study indicated that the effectiveness of this program in the development of linguistic communication skills month after the application through telemetric deferred except the skill to understand. Among the recommendations and proposals that emerged from the study need to focus on early detection of children with autism, and the need to develop training programs to develop the communication skills they have, and conduct further studies and research on the effectiveness of other training programs for the development of linguistic communication skills.
