تقويم برنامج إعداد معلمات رياض الأطفال في كلية التربية في الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة في دولة الكويت
This study aimed to evaluate the Female Kindergarten Teachers Education Program at the Faculty of Education in the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in Light of Comprehensive in quality standards in the Faculty of Basic Education in state Kuwait. In order to achieve the objective of the study، the descriptive approach has been used. The researcher has prepared a questionnaire consists of (51) points of research which has included six areas. The study sample has included female Kindergarten Teachers and female students that were (150) members. The study results have showed that the standards of comprehensive quality which are required to be available in the program of female kindergarten teacher's education from the study sample's side were high. As the results has also showed that there are differences with statistical significance upon the level of (α = 0.05) according to the impact of the job in all fields. The differences have come for the benefit of the teaching staff according to their years of experience in all fields and to the performance as a whole and for who have more than ten years of experience. The study has recommended that it's a necessity to revise the study plans regularly for the major of kindergarten and research its conformity with the comprehensive quality standards and work on keeping the students completely informed on the steps of the program.
