المشكلات التي تواجه معلمي التربية المهنية في توظيف التعلم الإلكتروني للمرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظرهم
The aim of this study was to identify the problems faced by teachers of professional education in the employment of e-learning for the intermediate stage in the State of Kuwait from their point of view. The study sample consisted of (212) teachers and teachers of vocational education in intermediate schools in Al-Ahmadi Governorate in Kuwait. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The study tool consisted of (34) sections, which were distributed to (3) fields (problems related to teachers, problems related to students, problems related to the learning environment). The results of the study showed that the degree of employment of e-learning was average in all fields of study. The study also showed no statistically significant differences (α= 0.05) due to the effect of sex in all fields. Due to the effect of the scientific qualification, the differences were in favor of a bachelor's campaign, and there were statistically significant differences (α= 0.05) due to experience. The differences in favor of the category of experience exceeded 10 in all fields. In the light of the results, a number of recommendations were presented, including training courses specialized in the employment of e-learning in the teaching of professional education.
