The study aimed to identify the elements of organizational culture and its relationship to leadership innovation and self-concept among the principals of the public schools in Zarqa Governorate and to determine whether there is an effect of the gender variable, experience and scientific qualification on the degree of elements of organizational culture among the principals of the Zarqa First Directorate. The sample of the study was composed of all the directors of the public schools of the Directorate of Education of the first blue for the academic year 2017/2018 (120) managers and managers; The results showed that the degree of employment of school principals for organizational culture has reached a high degree of appreciation for all dimensions. The first after commitment and respect for time followed by the second place after the work team spirit followed by the last place after the participation in decision-making, and the results showed that the level of leadership innovation, and self-concept of the principals have come to a large extent. The study recommended encouraging and motivating employees to adhere to and respect the time and its optimal utilization by simplifying the work procedures, which are reflected in the performance of the work as quickly and as required, and adopting the principals of the school for creative management and encouraging creativity and innovation among the employees, which contributes to improving the output of administrative work.
