فاعلية الإرشاد الجمعي المستند للعلاج الجدلي السلوكي في خفض الاندفاعية والسلوك التخريبي لدى طالبات الصف العاشر
This study sought to resemblance the effectiveness of group counseling program based on dialectical behavior therapy inreducing impulsivity and disruptive behaviors among tenth grade female students, the sample of the study consisted of 29 female students from the tenth grade at the Rahma Princess girls secondary School, Sukina bint Al Harith high School, who obtained high degrees of means in impulsive behavior, and destructive behavior scales, it purposely distributed into two groups: an experimental group N=14, and the control group N=15 students. The researcher used in was applied pre and post test of the impulsive behavior, and destructive behavior scales on the experimental and control groups, and the fellow up test only on the experimental group, were verified study. The group counseling program of dialectical behavioral therapy, which consisted of 15 sessions, was applied on the experimental group. To realize the study hypothesis the means and standards deviation, test “t”, and analysis of covariance (ANCOVA), were used the study results revealed ,that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance α≤0.5, between the experimental group and degrees of the control group on the reducing impulsivity and disruptive behaviors, in favor of the experimental group the follow up test of experimental group tracing after two weeks after of the program end, t test witch used statistically significant differences at the level α≤0.05, between the post and fellow up test of the experimental group,which indicates the efficiency of the group counseling program used in the study. The study ended by several recommendations such as: using counseling program based on dialectical behavior therapy inreducing impulsivity and disruptive behaviors to the school students of both sex and in different grades.
