أثر التدريب الميداني على اتجاهات طالبات الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي نحو العمل الإرشادي
The study aimed to identify the impact of the field training program on psychological and educational counselling female students’ attitudes toward instruction work in the light variables (Number of registered credit hours, Cumulative GPA). The sample consisted of (38) female students who are registered in psychological and educational counselling training field for the second semester of the year (2016/2017). The scale of trainees’ attitude toward instruction work was used, while the results were analysed pre and post training. The results revealed that there are apparent differences between the means of psychological and educational counselling female students on the scale of trainees’ attitude toward instruction work post field training, which has been a substantial increase in comparison to their megaspore training. The difference values between the averages of both pre and post applications on the scale of trainees’ attitude toward instruction work were in favour of the post application. As well as existence statistically significant differences at the level of (α=0.05) of the psychological and educational counselling female students’ attitudes toward instruction work on all dimensions of the scale of trainees’ attitude toward instruction work due to the variable of (Cumulative GPA). Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α=0.05) of the psychological and educational counselling female students’ attitudes toward instruction work on all dimensions of the scale of trainees’ attitude toward instruction work due to the to the variable of (Number of registered credit hours). It is also no interaction between the variables (number of registered credit hours, cumulative GPA) among the psychological and educational counselling female trainees. (Published Abstract)
