الحوكمة والمخاطرة السياسية : إطار نظري معرفي مع تكييف مقياس عالمي لأغراض حوكمة الجامعات العربية
The main purpose of this research is to introduce a theoretical and cognitive vision about governance and political risk. This research has tackled two basic phenomena’s; governance and political risk. The research has several objectives, including adapting and developing the corporate governance measure which has been provided by CLSA (Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia) to apply it on the Governance of Arab Universities. The research has summarized several conclusions and recommendations, including achieving the governance and involving the integrity and the incorruptibility of all employees of the organization. In addition, to limit diversions which could threaten the interests of the stakeholders. It also organizes the relationship between the organizations executive administration and its administrative council and its auditing Committee, which will reduce the risks facing the organization and will eventually lift its standards. This will put the governance as the suitable tool to protect the organization from threats. In light of these conclusions, the research recommended applying the governance scale, which this study has introduced, and adapt it to measure the university governance as is shown in annex 1 which recommends to analyze its data in both Iraqi and Jordanian universities, as a first phase.
