فاعلية برنامج قائم على المنحى التكاملي بين المباحث في تنمية مهارات التعبير الشفوي لدى طالبات الصف الثالث الأساسي



The study aims at identifying the effectiveness of an integrated curriculum- based program on the development of oral communication skills among third grade female students. The study used the analytical descriptive approach, the experimental approach, and the structural approach. The study sample consisted of (72) female students of the third grade distributed into the experimental group (35) students and the control group (37) students. The study tools were a list of oral communication skills, an oral communication test (both intellectual and linguistic), and an observation card for the verbal and non-verbal expression skills. 1) There are statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.01) between the mean scores of the control group and the experimental group in the post-test in favor of the experimental group. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.01) between the mean scores of the control group and the experimental group in the post application of the observation card in favor of the experimental group. 3) The integrated curriculum- based program is highly effective for the development of the oral communication skills of the third grade female students in the (intellectual, linguistic, verbal, and non-verbal) aspects, based on the Black’s Gain coefficient. 1) Providing an appropriate learning environment for the implementation of the integrated curriculum- based program in educational institutions. 2) Adopting an integrated curriculum- based program in teaching the primary stage. 3) Updating the Teacher`s Guide and including it in steps How to apply the integrated program in teaching.
