Identifying the effectiveness of a letters’ building-based training program to develop Arabic calligraphy skills of the primary stage teachers in Gaza. The researcher designed an assessment card for measuring the female teachers’ skills of writing Arabic Riqaa calligraphy. The sample consisted of (17) female teachers of the primary stage who work in the schools of the Education Directorate in West Gaza. The researcher followed the semi-experimental, one-group approach and the descriptive analytical approach. 1) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (a=0.01) between the mean scores of the female teachers an assessment card of Arabic Riqaa calligraphy before and after application in favor of the post application. In light of the above findings, the study recommended the following: 1) There is a need to adopt a letters’ building-based training program; to develop the skills of Riqaa Arabic calligraphy of the female teachers of the primary stage in Gaza. 2) Utilizing a list of skills of Riqaa Arabic calligraphy that contributed to the development of female teachers' abilities and skills.
