This study aimed at identify the degree to which extracurricular activities' mangers practice their roles, and it's relation to secondary school students' commitment to prevailing values system in Al-Naqab region. The descriptive method was used to suit this study and answer its questions and achieve its objectives. Through the development of a questionnaire, a study sample was chosen in a random stratified manner representing the study population, from secondary school teachers and youth counselors in the Negeb region within the green line, during the academic year (2016-2017) by 30% a total of 415 questionnaires were distributed, and (385) were retrieved. The results showed that there is a moderate degree for the principals of extracurricular activities in the Naqab region to play their roles from the point of view of secondary school teachers and youth counselors. The results showed that the field of planning of educational extracurricular activities at the 1st rank, followed by field of supervision and guidance on extracurricular educational activities in 2nd rank, in the last rank has been field (coordinating educational activities). The results showed that there is a moderate degree of commitment of high school students in the Negeb region to the prevailing values from the point of view of secondary school teachers and youth counselors. The results also showed a statistically significant correlation at the level of (α = 0.05) between the degree of the principals of extracurricular activities in the Negeb for their roles and the degree of commitment to the values of high school students. In the light of the results of the study, the study recommended that the teacher education programs should focus on some aspects of the prevailing values, as well as holding training programs and workshops that enhance the extracurricular activities of teachers as an integral part of the nature of their profession.
