This study conducted on a sample of 114 professors at the University of Setif -2- sought to identify the statistical significance of the relationship between Edward Deming model’s standards in improving the university learning system from the viewpoint of the university professors, according to some demographic variables (academic rank and professional experience). The results of this study indicated the existence of a statistically significant relationship between Edward Deming model’s standards in improving the university learning system from the perspective of university professors in accordance with demographic variables mentioned above in five partial hypotheses, while were not the case for a partial one hypothesis. Therefore we may conclude that the general hypothesis of this study is achieved at 83%. (Published Abstract)
