This study aimed to define the impact of teaching Science using scientific activities on the achievement of the tenth grade students of the scientific concepts of Biology and Ecology subject, The sample of the study was (140) male and female tenth grade students divided purposively into two groups: experimental (70) male and female students and control (70) male and female students; The findings of the study were as follows: There is a statistically significant difference (at score 5%) between the achievement of the experimental group students (males and females) and the achievement of the control group students (males and females) at all of the knowledge levels in favor of the experimental group (males and females). There is a statistically significant difference (at score 5%) between the achievement of the experimental group students (males and females) and the achievement of the control group students (males and females) at each of the retention, comprehension applications and analyzing levels in favor of the experimental group (males and females). Based on these results of the study, the researcher suggests the following: Training teachers of Science, pre and during service, on using scientific activities methodology. It is necessary that teachers of science use and activate the scientific activities methodology in the classrooms and labs, Science curricula of the Ministry of the Education should focus on scientific activities. Conducting other researches and studies to investigate the impact of using the scientific activities methodology on other variables not mentioned in this study, such as innovative and creative Thinking.
