درجة ممارسة الإشراف التشاركي لدى مديري المدارس وعلاقته بتحسين الأداء الوظيفي لمعلمي محافظة الجهراء في دولة الكويت
The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing cooperative supervision among schools principals and its relation to improvement job performance to the teachers in AlJahra governorate of education in the State of Kuwait, and the effect of certain variables (sex, educational qualification and years of experience). The study sample consisted of 725 male and female teachers and 43 schools Principals. Tool was developed to measure the variables of the study. It consisted of two themes. The first measures the degree of practicing cooperative supervision among schools principals’, it included 36 items. The second theme measure job performance of teachers in AlJahra area of education in the State of Kuwait, it included 26 items. The tool validity and reliability have been confirmed. The results showed that the degree of practicing cooperative supervision among schools principaly in AlJahra governorate of education in the State of Kuwait was medium. The results showed a statistically significant difference due to teacher of sex on all fields except professional growth field.the differences were in favor of males. Results also showed no statistically significant differences due to educational qualification on all fields of practicing cooperative supervision. The results showed a statistically significant difference due to teacher of years of experience on all fields except professional growth field. The differences were in favor of (5 year to less than 10 years) and (10 years and more). The results showed that the degree of job performance of teachers in Al Jahra area of education in the State of Kuwait was high in all aspects. The results showed statistically significant differences due to sex on all fields of job performance. The differences were in favor of females. Results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to educational qualification in field of behaviors, and showed there were statistically significant differences due to educational qualification in fields of (educational, performance, skills). The differences were in favor of bachelor's qualification, and the results showed no statistically significant differences due to years of experience on all fields of job performance of teachers in AlJahra area of education in the State of Kuwait. The results showed a positive correlation between practicing cooperative supervising among schools principally and job performance of teachers in AlJahra area of education in the State of Kuwait. According to the findings of the study, the researcher suggested a set of recommendations: Educate school administrators of the importance of active participation of teachers in the supervisory process; Train school principals to supervise participatory through rehabilitation programs and preparation which they are subject by the ministry of education.
