Find targeted to the following: 1) Building an educational system values for the university students and the extent of their representatives to it. 2) Identify the extent of the practice of students to educational values depending on "the opinions of the professors. 3) Identify the differences of statistical significance of the educational values among the students of the university depending on the sex of the Professors (males-females). 4) Identify the differences of statistical significance of the educational values among the students of the university depending on the sex of the students (males-females). The researcher adopted in this research on structural descriptive analytical method, due to its relevance for the purposes of the present research, and the research involved five chapters. The first chapter included: the research problem and the importance of research and research objectives and the limits of research in addition to identifying terminology. Chapter two include two researches: The first topic: the theoretical framework of the concept of values and the importance of values and sources of values and classification of values and functions of the values and components and their properties, and values from the viewpoint of philosophies, as well as the values in the Islamic vision. The second topic: ensure that previous studies related to the current search. Chapter three include two researches: The first topic: the concept of the university and ensure its relevance in addition to its objectives and functions. The second topic: ensure that the concept of a university student. Chapter four: ensure research procedures, using statistical bagful (spss) to extract the (center-weighted and weight percentile and Chi-square and Pearson correlation coefficient). Chapter five: A presentation and interpretation of results and arrangement of fields and values, according to the order of their midst, and the percentage weights consisting of 59 educational value distributed on four areas as follows. 1) The field of student and academic relationship with the environment 12 educational value. 2) Field of the student and his relationship with other students 16 educational value. 3) field of the student and his relationship with Mr. 15 educational value. 4) the field of knowledge and its relationship to the student 16 educational value. In light of the results of research researcher reached a set of conclusions and recommendations and proposals. Conclusions: 1) No statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05 and the degree of freedom 2 due to the variable sex (males - females) for the views of teachers, but in the value (accept cash), there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05 and the degree Freedom 2 attributed to the favor of females. 2) No, there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05 and the degree of freedom 2 due to the variable sex (males-females) for the views of students, but in (the value of acclimatization and coexistence with the university environment and the value of fair competition with others), there are differences of statistically significant at the level of significance 0.05 and the degree of freedom 2 attributed to the favor of males, as well as (the value of chastity and modesty, and the value of pride in the opinion of the professor, and the value of honesty in dealing with the professor, and the value of listening to the professor, and the value of moving away from fraud, and value appreciation of science and scientists, and the value of the coupling science work), there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05 and the degree of freedom 2 attributed to the favor of females. 3) That the educational values linked to one another in the fields, it cannot achieve the system of values in the elements of the educational process worthwhile values of one area and neglecting the values of other fields. 4) That influenced the educational values among the students of the university developments and global changes rapidly, especially globalized ones, and not to be invested right investment, may affect the low level of scientific knowledge among the students of the university. Recommendations: 1) The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the adoption of the system of values in the proposed educational curriculum. 2) Researcher finds the need to reconsider the philosophy and goals of preparing students in Iraqi universities, because the nature and content of setting goals and focuses on the scientific and professional, and this requires officials educators need to focus on setting moral as well as scientific and professional setting. Proposals: 1) A comparative study between the current educational system of values for university students in Iraq and value systems in other Arab countries. 2) Conduct a study similar to this study addresses the educational values among graduate students and the extent of their representatives to it.
