أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية قائم على الأساليب التربوية في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية في تحسين ممارساتهم التدريسية
This study aims at exploring the effect of a proposed training program for Islamic education teachers based on the Islamic educational methods in Quran and Sunna on improving their teaching practices. The participants of the study consisted of 40 teachers who teach tenth grade students at UNRWA schools in north Amman. The participants were randomly divided into two groups; one control group (10 male teachers) and (10 female teachers), the other is the experimental group (10 female teachers) and (10 male teachers). To collect data for this study, a questionnaire was developed, which consisted of 43 items. Results revealed that there were statistically significant differences at a ≤ 0.05 between the mean scores of the groups on the post test of the instructional practices in favor of the experimental group. Based on these results, the researchers recommended that the decision-makers in the ministry of education might be guided by the proposed training program and provide it with the financial and technical support, and to create favorable conditions to implement it.
