This study aimed to identify systematic of Ergonomics In terms of upbringing, the importance, Essence, Objectives, Dimensions, principles, characteristics and fields of Ergonomics, and also the effective schools In terms of the concept, characteristics, criteria and indicators, and knowing the reality of people with special needs schools in Upper Egypt, in addition to know the importance of effective schools to overcome the problems of traditional school for special needs, in preparation to provide ergonomically conceived for effective schools for disabled people in Upper Egypt. Some were taken from Upper Egypt and that need to be considerable interest, Descriptive approach was used in achieving the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used to study the reality of those schools, And know the views towards the proposed Alarjonomi perception. The tool has been applied to a sample of schools with special needs and special education departments of the directorate of education in those provinces and specialists in the field of Ergonomics and applied study on sample 110 person, and the study found a range of results, including: 1) Whole specimens approves to investigate the areas of reality special schools in some provinces across Egypt is average, except in the area of learning society which is achieved with low degree, underscoring the lack of these schools to the quality, efficiency and effectiveness, and the need to re-examine its services through new approaches to check the effectiveness of such Alargeonumika approach. 2) Whole specimens approves to the importance of Alargeonumika standards in the activation of special needs schools with average responses to beyond the upper limit of the confidence limits. The study concluded by offering ergonomically conceived proposal for access to effective schools for special needs in some provinces across Egypt, adding to a series of guarantees for the success of the proposed alargonomi visualization, including: a) Legislate new laws to redesign and layout of special needs schools in accordance with the Ergonomics standards. b) Coordination among local, Arab, regional, international organizations to exchange opinion and advice, and expertise on global and contemporary trends with respect to the standards of effective schools for people with special needs. Consulting specialists in the field of alargonomika in order to improve and develop people with special needs schools. (Published abstract)
