The research aims to know the following: 1) Identify the self-awareness among university students. 2) Identify the social persuasion a among university students. 3) Differences in self- awareness according to gender (Males- Females) Specialization (Scientific- Humanitarian) and phase (First- Fourth). 4) Differences in social persuasion according to gender (Male, Female) Specialization (Scientific, Humanitarian) stage (First, Fourth). 5) The direction and strength of the relationship between relational self-awareness and social persuasion. The present research limits to the University of Baghdad students, and the sample consisted of 400 students, including the four faculties of the University of Baghdad for Scientific Specialists and Humanitarian academic year 2014-2015 of 200 students of the humanitarian of them where 70 male and 130 female and specialized scientific reality 200 students is included 89 students and 111 Student. The researcher used two tools to the Measure of self-awareness of (Gragoli 2011) included of 25 items divided into two sides the special self-persuasion and the social persuasion side. It has been extracted the Psychometric properties of the two tools of the Virtual Reliability, the honesty of building, the distinguished power to the items and the Relationship paragraph chiefly college degree of the scale and the relationship of the degree of Para degree field and extracted stability test and re-test in a manner bringing the first measure of stability coefficient 0.76 and the Second measure stability coefficient 0.75. The statistical means, the researcher used the program for Statistical psychological and social science (SPSS) in dealing the data. The research results: 1) University students have self-awareness. 2) University students have social persuasion. 3) There are no differences in self-awareness among university students according to Sex, specialization and stage. 4) There are no differences in the social persuasion among university students according to gender, specialization and stage. 5) There is a significant positive relationship between the variable researches.
