This study aims to identify the most important pressors face professors at faculty of arts and science in Alrass, Qassium university and identifying coping stress strategies. And if these strategies are varied according to specialization, gender, and experience. And identifying job satisfaction to professors, And if job satisfaction is varied according to specialization, gender, and experience. The sample consisted of 96 professors, 71 male and 25 female. For study the researcher conducted three scales -job stressors, coping stress job presssors, and job satisfaction- prepared for study. The descriptive method were used, and many statistical method used such as descriptive statistics, infernal statistics. The findings were the first, sixth, and seventh hypothesis are achieved completely, and the remains hypothesis are achieved partially. (Published abstract)
